How do you guys fast on Sundays. I come from an Anglican background and fasting for usually means abstaining from meat on fast days. I’ve also done intermittent fasting. What is allowed during a fast in Manichaeism?
Does anyone have access to a complete liturgy book? One I can use for daily practice

Was wondering what you thought about the Theosophical Society’s Gospel of Mani by Duncan Greene?
Is it worth seeking out?
Duncan Greene(les?) is a good book. I approve, the only thing I originally didn't like about it was that it was an amalgamation of texts so in my mind it wasn't "pure" hence the compendium. Regardless it's a great book

you may drink water during throughout the day, you cannot eat food until after the sun sets. You have to be celibate for the day as well.
